A few tips

January 13, 2012

I’m sure we all have at least one relative or friend who is a little heavy on the trigger finger when blasting out forwarded emails with links, videos, articles and pictures.  You appreciate the enthusiasm in sharing interesting information, but sometimes it can get a little overwhelming!  For me, that person used to be my father, but I’m happy to say that after my brother-in-law and I told him we didn’t get around to reading half of his emails, things changed for the better!

In any case, my dad recently sent me this link with a quick video on application tips.  Not necessarily to MOST important stuff to remember as a part of the college application process, but not bad stuff to keep in mind.

We are in the thick of Johnson Scholarship application reading right now and with the students back on campus starting Winter Term, little old Lexington is busy busy busy!  Hope everyone is staying warm from Minnesota to Maine and hope Friday the 13th went well.
